Brad James

Business Development, Entrepreneurship,
and Bees
Even though Brad doesn’t consider himself a serial entrepreneur, history would show otherwise. After choosing to not go to medical school in college, he pivoted his goals to helping individuals build their dreams and healing companies that needed a lift, instead. After helping start over 20 different businesses, he still manages multiple with many of them reaching annual 7 figure revenues and helping others do the same.

Michael Rampolla

Consulting, Coaching, and Metaphors
Michael is a collaborative consultant with a reputation for passion, creativity, and insight. He's a dynamic trainer leveraging forward thinking learning methodologies in traditional and blended environments.  To his clients, Michael is a trusted advisor and certified coach with a unique perspective and proven track record. THE EXPERTS

Scott Tindle

Scott is a serial entrepreneur. He has been featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, NBC, Fox Business, CNBC, NPR, USA Today, The Today Show, The Washington Post, TMZ, Tech Crunch, Business Insider, and the Travel Channel. Scott has helped start-ups in over 20 countries around the world.

Scott was instrumental in creating a tourist attraction that rocketed to the top of the Money Magazine and Trip Advisor list to become one of the top 50 most popular attractions in America.
Scott is a native of Mobile, Alabama. After attending Auburn University and receiving a B.S. in Secondary Education (2003), Scott earned a J.D. at the University of Alabama School of Law (2009)

Jason Stansell

Jason graduated from UW-Whitewater where he received a Master of Accountancy. Jason began his career in Madison at a public accounting firm as an auditor of both public and privately held companies, with an emphasis on startups and manufacturing. After leaving public accounting, he transitioned into helping turn-around manufacturing companies in the Milwaukee area.

Jason serves as both a Controller and Head of Business Development in Milwaukee for Fine Point Consulting. Fine Point Consulting is an accounting and HR practice that supports hundreds of startups in Madison, Milwaukee, and Ann Arbor with custom solutions to help your company grow.

Natalie Bretl

Natalie Bretl is a human that loves working with humans. She has honed her natural tendency toward compassion, perspective, and problem-solving into a career. Natalie earned her undergraduate degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and went on to earn her Masters in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, becoming an Advanced Practice Social Worker.

Her affinity for helping others has led to her position as a program therapist at a residential facility for at-risk youth. This quickly grew to her integration into staff training and development, program advancement and improvement, and liaising workplace conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Jamie Miller

Jamie Miller is a data nerd who's built his career around creating marketing solutions for small businesses and big businesses alike.

His no-BS approach to scaling your conversion marketing program has shown time and time again that it may seem a little sketchy, but the results speak for themselves.

Recently, in its newest iteration, Jamie has focused on optimizing OLD SCHOOL marketing tactics by layering data on them.  Building a "multi-channel marketing campaign is no longer just sending a piece of mail, an email, and a social post... It's a highly targeted orchestration that is executed with a click of a button."

Jamie's goal is to see 1,000 small businesses leverage what he calls BIG BUSINESS MARKETING STRATEGIES because it's actually possible with the technology and tools available right now.

Erin Shields Ylvisaker

Erin Shields Ylvisaker is a 20 year marketing pro and serial entrepreneur. She earned her degree in History from UW-Madison, but she learned her business and marketing skills working in her family's businesses since she was 12 years old.

Erin specializes in working with small businesses and brands who have made growth a priority. Her no nonsense approach to marketing is what her clients love the most, as she understands their real pain points from a first hand perspective and focuses on helping them achieve their goals.

Erin's talents shine when she is helping her client partners identify their ideal customers and creating strategies for adding value and building connections with those customers.
